Y entonces a alguien se le ocurrió una idea insólita: que las mujeres también podían querer contemplar a hombres desnudos. Ya estaban en el mercado, y con éxito, revistas para hombres como Playboy y Penthouse. El reverso se llamó Playgirl, que se lanzó en enero de 1973. En las décadas siguientes, esta revista normalizó el desnudo masculino, lo hizo popular, derribó unos cuantos tabúes y se enfrentó a sus propias contradicciones. Esta es su historia.
